1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using salvatoressandiego.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract data from the Site beyond what is permitted by robots.txt.
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information through any form on the Site.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

3. Reservations, Inquiries, and Private Events

Reservations booked through OpenTable are subject to OpenTable’s own terms and our restaurant’s stated hours and policies. Submitting a private event or after-hours inquiry form does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed booking.

Final event pricing, deposits, food & beverage minimums, and cancellation terms are determined only after direct confirmation with our events team and, where applicable, a signed event agreement. Neither use of the Site nor submission of an online inquiry creates a contract or obligates either party to a reservation or event booking.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photos, menus, design, and code — is the property of Salvatore's Cucina & Lounge or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may include links to third-party websites or embed third-party services (e.g., OpenTable for reservations, Google Maps for directions). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by California law, Salvatore's Cucina & Lounge disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Salvatore's Cucina & Lounge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including (but not limited to) lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for claims related to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

7. Menu, Pricing, and Availability

Menu items, prices, and hours displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice and may vary from what is available in-restaurant on a given night. Private event bookings, deposits, and cancellation terms are governed by a separate signed event agreement provided by our events team for each booking. Nothing on this Site modifies, replaces, or supplements that agreement.

8. Communications and Consent

By submitting your phone number through any form on the Site, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Salvatore's Cucina & Lounge about your reservation, event inquiry, or related information. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by calling (619) 380-2208. Reply HELP for assistance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
